Oak Hill Elementary School Oak Hill Elementary School was in existence 1955 - 1967.

During the era of segregation, it was the first and last combined all African-American elementary school in Stephens County.

‼️🚨 Conditional Use Permits Approvals for Chicken Houses to be REMOVED🚨‼️

The first public hearing is TUESDAY, July 9 at 6pm.

The chicken houses issue is alive again. Short version: The proposal from the Stephens County Commissioners is to increase the setbacks and add a property line planting requirement (vegetative buffer) but REMOVE the approval process completely.
