Hello Rockets!

It's time once again for our annual Rocket Re-Fuel Food & Item Drive, taking place October 1-31, 2026, as part of our Faith & Blue event.

The drive will benefit the Rocket Fuel Student Pantries, and we need your help! Sponsor a collection box and help support students facing food insecurity.

Getting involved is easy:
1. Sign up to sponsor a collection box.
2. Place the collection box in a visible location.
3. Encourage others to donate throughout the month of October.

To make things even more fun, participating offices, departments, organizations, and residence halls compete to see who collects the most donations. The winning group will receive a framed certificate and, of course, campus bragging rights!

A limited number of blue collection bins are available, so sign up early. Please register no later than September 29, 2026.

Why Your Support Matters

During the 2025-2026 academic year, the Rocket Fuel Student Pantries welcomed:
• 2,424 student visits on Main Campus
• 191 student visits on Health Science Campus
• An average of approximately 217 students served each month

The need is significant, and the Rocket Fuel Student Pantries are supported entirely through donations from our campus and community.

Collection Day

On Monday, November 2, 2026, we will collect bins across campus throughout the day and deliver donations to the Rocket Fuel Student Pantry at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Groups that prefer may bring their donations directly to the pantry at that time and join us for a photo opportunity with Rocky and Rocksy.

Thank you for helping us support fellow Rockets and ensure students have access to essential food and personal care items throughout the year.

Together, we can help keep Rockets fueled for success!

Note the following lot closures:

-Area 6: Vehicles must be moved by Friday 9/25/26 -6 p.m.
-Area 9: Vehicles must be moved by 3 a.m.
-Areas 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 18 and 28: Vehicles must be moved by 6 a.m.

Students and staff affected by lot closures are encouraged to park in other available lots as their permits allow.

Patriot Day | September 11, 2026

Today marks the 25th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, a day that forever changed our nation.

We remember the nearly 3,000 innocent lives lost, honor the courage of the first responders who ran toward danger, and recognize the countless heroes who answered the call in the days and months that followed.

As we reflect on this solemn anniversary, we extend our gratitude to the Police, Fire, EMS, military personnel, and all public safety professionals who continue to serve and protect our communities every day.

May we never forget the sacrifices made, the resilience shown, and the unity that emerged in the face of tragedy.

United We Stand.

We remember. We honor. We will never forget.

Hello Rockets!

Campus is buzzing with energy again, and we are excited to see our students returning to residence halls and classrooms. Living on campus is a great way to connect, learn, and grow, but it's important to make safety part of your daily routine.

Here are some Residence Hall Safety tips:
