Sometimes being a lifeline starts with noticing that something has changed.
Maybe someone is withdrawing;
Maybe they seem hopeless;
Maybe they're going through something difficult. . . and maybe your gut tells you something isn't right.

Don't ignore the signs. Start the conversation.
Our coalition provides Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) training to help community members learn how to recognize warning signs and respond when someone may be at risk.
