What an amazing turnout for our first New Family Orientation despite the rainstorm. We were thrilled to welcome new families as they learned more about WVA, connected with Principal Allen, and prepared for a successful school year.

Families received WVA swag and Proud Parent yard signs, explored information about our athletic collaboration, and heard from Principal Allen regarding school expectations, student success, and parental partnership.

The evening concluded with time to mingle, walk the hallways to tour the school, ask questions, and build connections within our school community.

Missed the first session? We're hosting another New Family Orientation on Monday, August 17, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Families will receive the same important information and resources shared during our first orientation.

💙 Thank you to all the families who joined us for our Summer Play & Connect event and Open House Tour Day last week!

We loved welcoming you to campus, treating families to free ice cream, assisting with paperwork, answering questions, and providing school tours with Miss Danielle.

Our new families and students also had a chance to meet Mr. Larry our community partner and board member as he surprised us with a visit.
