🚧Detroit Ave.🚧

Detroit Ave. will have lane restrictions from Monroe St and Lamson St, and on I-75 in both directions and periodic closures of the I-75 NB on-ramp (8pm and 6am – Aug 11-18) for a bridge project beginning Monday, August 10, 2026 through mid-November.

Ramp Closure Detour: SB I-75 at Detroit to Collingwood to NB I-75.

Construction is underway at the Cherry Street and Bancroft Street intersection.🚧

Work began at the end of July to reconfigure the intersection at Cherry and Canton St.

With so many people walking, biking, and driving through this area every day, these improvements are designed to create safer, more clearly defined spaces for everyone. New crosswalks and signals will help make it easier and safer to travel through one of Toledo's busiest intersections.

Bellevue Rd. will be closed between Castlewood and Grantwood on August 7 - 10 for a speed table installation.

Westbound Berdan Ave. will be closed between Westland and Sherbrooke on Friday, August 7 for utility work.

The CarFit program helps older drivers determine how well they fit in their personal vehicle. The Toledo-Lucas County Health Department will be providing free CarFit checks to help drivers make sure their vehicles are properly adjusted.
