Well, back at it.... Judge Michael Goulding (mentioning disabled on facebook of course) has decided that his uninformed opinion overrules, The Toledo City Council, The Lucas County Planning Commission, and the wishes of The South Toledo Community

His has partially reversed the Board of Zoning appeals order to stop work, to the extent that Rocky Ridge Development LLC cannot mine further (the damage is already done) but can continue to fill the holes that they dug illegally.

This means RRD will be back at it soon with disgusting trucks full of spent lime carelessly being hauled through our community with complete disregard to the law and our wishes, as they have been operating for years.

Time to do a deep dive into Judge Micheal Gouldings past, perhaps there is more examples of lack of proper judgement...
