Today, we officially kicked off the 2026–2027 school year with our family Meet & Greets! It was so exciting to welcome our students, parents, teachers, and staff back into the building, fill the hallways with smiles, and see familiar faces alongside new ones.

Help Wanted at the Family Resource Center
The Family Resource Center is seeking help for the before and after school program. The Family Resource Center runs out of both Birch Grove Primary School and Tolland Intermediate School. Hours would be from 3:00pm – 5:30pm. Starting hourly pay for Aides is $16.94.

Stop by American Creamery and check out the Ocean Scoop Shop! Students in sixth grade created an ice cream menu for our Marine Debris Awareness campaign, which was part of a multi lesson unit sponsored by the CT Audubon Society.

We want people to know that trash on the side of the road can eventually travel as far as the Long Island Sound through storm drains and watersheds. Debris can cause significant harm to organisms living in or near that body of water.

Thank you, Sami, for allowing us to display the sign and present a new menu at your shop which helps bring more public awareness about marine debris.

🌈Follow the Yellow Brick Road to TYSCT's production of The Wizard of Oz! Join our incredible cast and crew of 132 youth, ages 5–18, as they bring this timeless classic to life on stage. With unforgettable characters, magical moments, and plenty of heart, it's bound to be an unforgettable adventure for the whole family! ✨ Performances will be held Friday, July 24 and Saturday, July 25 at 7:00 PM in the Tolland High School Auditorium. Tolland Family Resource Center celebrates America!
