Tolland County Dive team was out this morning with Newington Fire Department presenting TCDT capabilities, operations and logistics. There are many different aspects of support in order to get a diver in the water. Ambulances for victims or diver emergency, staging areas, witness interviews, decontamination, and many more. Thank you Newington Fire Department for your invitation and continued support. Wildlife 101, Firefighter "calmly" approaches the deer, then places a harness on it, signals to retrieve, and "captures" control. Pure Professionalism. Great video too!!
