The Toluca Public Library is proud to announce we have received a grant to bring a new program to the library. Project Next Generation grants are awarded to libraries to support new programs for children ages 10-18 for that being innovative technologies and hands on learning to area participants. We are excited to add Drone Legends and other technologies to growing STEM program.

If you have not visited the Toluca Library 📚📙📚📕📚📘in a while, please come in on Wednesday, February 4 th for our open house and show your support as a community . Julie has worked hard getting us grants that has helped us update our equipment and our programs for adult and children . Our biggest change to the library is we now have a new online system, called Verso . The Verso catalog will help us locate book requests and answer questions for our patrons much more easily . This was done in record time thanks to the staff and our awesome volunteers !! Come in and see all the new changes and meet our director Julie . But don’t worry we will continue to check out books by stamping the due date in the books along with your card number 😀.Julie has done a great job, updating all aspects of the library, especially weaning and updating reading materials and adding more children’s programs and so much more . We were able to do the updates thanks to the grant funds we have received through numerous grant applications and some generous memorial donations . OPEN HOUSE WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 4th 📗📕📙📘. 4-7

If you haven’t been to the library in a while, stop in and join us for the open house on Wednesday, February 4 th. There have been a lot of changes that our director Julie has done since she took the position. Julie has done a great job updating all aspects of the library. Books in all age groups, Adult and Childrens have been weaned out and updated , we offer children and adult activities /programs, new computers, and other equipment that is available for the community. This has been done by the hard work Julie has put in by obtaining grant money to help get our library updated. We are very lucky to have her !!!! One of the most valuable tools is the new VERSO  online system for our libraries catalog used for checking out books and answering our patrons questions . For those of you who like to check out books the old way (by just your number ).. no problem at all . We will always be able to check out and stamp the due date in the book 📚. Julie and her staff and the awesome volunteers 🥰did a great job getting all the libraries catalog entered into the VERSO online system ,, a huge thank you goes out to them !! OPEN HOUSE 4-7 Wednesday, FEBRUARY 4 th 📕📗📘📙!!!
