We are closely monitoring weather forecasts in Minnesota and Wisconsin. We continue to advise those traveling to Milwaukee to leave early Friday and prepare extra time for traveling. Bus Service will run as scheduled but may be delayed depending on road conditions. We will let you know if service is delayed.

Impacted Cities: Black River Falls, Eau Claire, La Crosse, Tomah, Nekoosa, Wittenberg, and Green Bay. Cities also included: Minneapolis/St. Paul.

FACT: The Executive Branch posts a Press Release - Tribal Members to receive ARPA Funds. Then Legislature Posts this one.

There continues to be actions taken by both branches and instead of Uniting Tribal Members, our Family, Divisions are being created through propaganda, using emotions as a tool.

It's time to break that cycle, do your due diligence as a Ho-Chunk, read and learn the HC Laws, understand the legal language before making statements or taking actions, because every action taken and thought you share, defines who you are.

As with the ARPA Funds. There is a process to follow, Federal Guidelines are in place that show the Recipient will be held responsible and accountable, if the ARPA Funds are inappropriately used, because these funds are being watched with scrutiny, and if found non-compliant, the money will be taken back, and HCN will have no ARPA Funds.

I hear Tribal Members say they have not heard from the Executive or the Legislature about ARPA Plans. What is the SECRET? Where did transparency go?

Let's move forward together and not at each other. I have not heard from either branch that no branch cannot use the ARPA Funds. Also, these are Federal Funds, not Revenue Generated Funds.

UNITE - Sit together, make a plan together, as we are One Nation, the Ho-Chunk Nation.

Our Ancestors are watching to see how we will define what they built for us and future generations.
