The Sonoma County Fish & Wildlife Commission is now accepting applications for its 2026 Scholarship Program—awarding up to six scholarships to support students pursuing studies in natural and environmental sciences.

📅 Deadline: Wednesday, April 1

Who can apply?
✔ Sonoma County residents
✔ Graduating high school seniors (entering college Fall 2026) and current college students
✔ Students pursuing fields like environmental science, biology, wildlife conservation, marine science, and more.

📄 Application requirements:
• Completed application form
• School transcript
• Two letters of recommendation

🌟 Now in its 20th year, this program continues to invest in the next generation of environmental stewards.

¡Hola! Is your Spanish rusty? We need more English speakers for Intercambio. Spend 20-30 minutes speaking Spanish with a partner. Then they practice their English with you. Español abajo-Our second Shoreline Together parent outing was filled with laughter, connection, and community building! Parents from across our district schools came together as for a fun day at Doran Beach.

A big thank you to Sonoma County Regional Parks for their partnership in making this event possible, and to Sonoma Ag + Open Space and Supervisor Denis Rodoni for sponsoring lunch and materials.

We can’t wait to come together again for our next outing!

Nuestro segundo paseo para padres de Shoreline Unidos estuvo lleno de risas, conexión y comunidad. Padres de todo el distrito se unieron como para disfrutar de un día divertido en la playa Doran.

Gracias a los Parques Regionales del Condado de Sonoma por ayudarnos a hacer esto posible. También, gracias a Sonoma Ag + Open Space y al Supervisor Denis Rodoni por patrocinar el almuerzo y los materiales.

🚨 Our Annual Dinner & Auction is just over a week away!🚨 We’re excited to be offering some special live auction items, including a U2 Angus bull and a bred Angus heifer from Bell Cattle Company (see details below!) Other live auction items include student made projects, one of a kind dinners & parties, sports tickets, and a custom barnwood fireplace. English Below: Ayer, varios de nuestros padres /tutores participaron en la conferencia de liderazgo para padres multilingues y migrantes de la oficina de educación de Condado de Sonoma. Padres de todas nuestras escuelas colaboraron y aprendieron juntos cómo apoyar a los estudiantes multilingües.

Yesterday many of our multilingual parents/guardians participated in Sonoma County Office of Education’s Multilingual Learner & Migrant Parent Leadership Institute. Parents from across the district collaborated and learned new skills to better support our multilingual students.
