Based out of the Tomball Info Center, we host local events with live music & family fun, as well as help our visitors find unique shopping, eateries, & lodging. From its early years as an agricultural center and railroad town, to the oil years of the early 1900s until today, Tomball, Texas is a great place to live and have fun! From the historic downtown with its mom-and-pop restaurants, shops, ga

lleries and attractions, to sites for nature tourists, more than 30 nearby golf courses, and historic sites, Tomball should be on your "must see" list in Texas.

We heard y'all loud and clear, Tomball! If you want more yoga, we'll give you more yoga!

Thanks to the amazing team at Saha Yoga & Wellness House, we're so excited to announce that we are extending our Saturday Morning Yoga at the Depot program into fall!

🗓 Every Saturday until Oct. 31
⏰️ 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. (right before the Tomball Farmer's Market opens)
📍 201 S. Elm St. directly in front of the Depot Museum
🎟 FREE for all participants

This program is for all levels of experience, even if you've never done a yoga class before! Bring your own mat and water and join us on Saturday mornings to start your day with fresh air and inner peace 🧘‍♀️

We want to thank the Tomball community for expressing so much interest in this program which allowed us to extend it through the fall. We can't wait to see everyone there!

P.S. this program is subject to cancellation in the case of rain 🌧 and will not be hosted on our festival days (Groovfest - Sept. 26 and Spooktacular - Oct. 10)

September is next week, Tomball! That means y'all better be getting ready for Groovfest 2026!! 🎶🎤

Join us on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Tomball Depot Plaza for a FREE festival filled with live music, family-friendly entertainment and activities, local vendors, and more!

Live music will begin at noon with iconic 80s hits performed by “The Spicolis,” followed by the greatest disco band in the world, “Le Freak” at 2:30 p.m. Family-friendly entertainment and activities will include an epic vintage car show, photo ops, bubble stations, stilt walkers, and a dedicated Kids’ Zone with interactive fun for all ages! PLUS, we're bringing out a variety of local food and artisan vendors offering tasty treats and unique finds all day long.

✨ As a bonus, we're extending the fun to inside the Tomball Community Center this year with games and crafts from noon to 4:00 p.m.! ✨

Hold the phone, did we mention admission, activities, and parking are completely free? We can’t wait to see everyone in downtown Tomball for an unforgettable day of throwback charm and entertainment!

Free, family-friendly festivals in September, October, November, AND December 2026? Yeah, of course we have those in downtown Tomball!

🎶 To kick off fall, we're bringing back those nostalgic feels with Groovfest on Saturday, Sept. 26, starting at 11:00 a.m. featuring live music, local vendors, a kids' zone, a retro car show, giveaways, family-friendly games and crafts at the Tomball Community Center, and more! Live performances will begin at noon with The Spicolis, followed by Le Freak at 2:30 p.m.

👻 Then, in October, we're featuring the 2024 film, Wicked, on the big screen in the park for our Spooktacular 2nd Saturday on Oct. 10. The movie will begin at 6:00 p.m., but the festival begins at 4:00 p.m. with fun for the whole family including contests, giveaways, family-friendly activities throughout the festival footprint and at the Tomball Community Center, local vendors, and spooky silly surprises everyone will love!

🚂 In November, we're tracking down all our fellow train enthusiasts and fall-loving friends for Depot Day Fall Fest on Saturday, Nov. 7, beginning at 11:00 a.m. This festival is a celebration of National Model Railroad Month combined with all things fall, featuring trackless train rides, multiple elaborate model train displays, live performances, a kids' zone, giveaways, local vendors (of course), and more! Live music will begin at noon with Camryn Marie, followed by Shameless (a Garth Brooks Tribute) at 2:30 p.m.

🎄 Finally, to wrap up the festival season in December, we're hosting our beloved Deck the Depot Tree Lighting Ceremony on Saturday, Dec. 5, from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. We'll be setting the stage for an amazing holiday season with real snow, live music with holiday classics by Cool Freddie E and the Crew, photos with Santa in the Gazebo, free hot cocoa and sweet treats, local vendors, and more. Then, around 7:00 p.m., we'll gather around and light up our giant Depot Christmas tree for the first time!

Have you heard about the City of Tomball's FREE family-friendly 2nd Saturday Movie Nights at the Tomball Depot Plaza?

In September, we'll be kicking off fall 2026 with our 2nd Saturday at the Depot on the 12th, featuring Puss in Boots on the big screen. We'll be starting the movie at 6:00 p.m., but join us early to enjoy live mariachi music, play movie-themed games, win cool prizes, grab free popcorn (courtesy of Family First ER: Tomball Emergency Room), and secure your spot on the lawn!

Other best things starting with a T that we didn't mention in our graphic: Tomball Farmers Market, Tomball murals, Tomball parks, Tomball Depot Museum, Tomball Community Center, T-shirts (that say Tomball on them, obviously), Thrift shopping (in Tomball), Tea parties (also in Tomball), T. Rex (which you can find in Mister Dave's model railroad at the Tomball Depot Museum), T-bone steaks (which taste better in Tomball)...
