Before we sign off for the weekend, we want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tumble 22 and Nothing Bundt Cakes for donating the most delicious treats for our staff this week! 🐾

By popular demand, here’s Erica Farmer’s pasta salad recipe everyone was asking about! 🥗

Tri- colored pasta
Mini mozzarella pearls
Banana peppers ( Jarred)
Tri-color peppers ( sliced thin )
Parmesan cheese
Mini cucumbers ( sliced )
Mini tomatoes

Cook pasta al dente -

Make sure pasta is cooled after cooking - rinse with cold water .

Dressing : in a separate container mix
1/4 cup cold water
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil 1/2 cup
1 tsp crushed pepper
Italian season

Adjust all seasonings to taste

Mix cooled pasta with dressing and adjust to taste , add more olive oil and water for a more moistened pasta

Cool a day before serving

🍝 Friday: Totally Rad & Appreciated
We closed out the week with Adriatic Cafe, incredible desserts, and our raffle giveaways. A moment to reflect on just how deeply grateful we are. We are incredibly thankful to Jordan Gerren and Erica Farmer and to everyone who helped make Teacher Appreciation Week possible. Your generosity, time, and heart made this celebration truly special.

Most importantly, we hope our staff felt even a small glimpse of how valued, seen, and appreciated they are… not just this week, but every single day. 💙✨

Gratitude is Groovy, and today we turned up the appreciation for our amazing WCES staff! ✌️✨

We treated them to a delicious lunch featuring Hopdoddy burgers and crispy chicken sandwiches loaded with all the fixings, because they deserve nothing but the best! 🍔🍗

To top it all off, we surprised them with a FroYo dessert bar packed with tons of fun toppings! Sweet treats for the sweetest team! 🍦🍓🍫

We are beyond grateful for each and every staff member at WCES. The love, dedication, and energy they pour into our students every single day does not go unnoticed. We hope today brought a few extra smiles your way, you deserve it! 💛
