🦷💙 FREE DENTAL DAY FOR NEW PATIENTS💙🦷

Dr. Mariah & the All Smiles Dental Care Team are so excited to give back to the community just in time for the holidays! ❤️

📅 Tuesday, November 24th 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

We will be offering FREE dental services, including:
🦷 Cleanings
🦷 Fillings
🦷 Extractions
🦷 Sealants
🦷 Exams
🦷 X-rays

⚠️ IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:

This day is reserved for patients who are:
NEW to our practice & do not have dental insurance or have a dental insurance we are NOT in network with.

We are scheduling appointments on a “first call basis”, so call soon to schedule your appointment!

All paperwork MUST be completed and turned in by November 19th!

You MUST confirm your appointment to keep your scheduled spot. If your paperwork is not completed or your appointment is not confirmed, your spot will be given to the next patient waiting for their free treatment!

On November 24th, we will have a 5 minute grace period for all scheduled appointments; if you are more than 5 minutes late you will be rescheduled or may not be able to be seen for our free dental day depending on availability.

Make plans to attend for the third annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk! Saturday, October 17 at 8:30am at the Monroe County Wellness Center.

Walk as many laps as you'd like and then meet us inside the Wellness Center at 9am for refreshments, fellowship, a speaker and vendors.

In Memory Of/In Honor of signs and breast cancer awareness t-shirts are available from Monroe County Press.
