Wooden Spatula Carving Class
Join us as Kevin Hammell, a local carver, teaches you the art of carving a wooden cook¬ing spatula through step-by-step instructions. Please bring $30.00 in exact change for the instructor and materials. If you have a Dremel tool kit, please bring it with you.

Beginner Tai Chi Outdoors
This program will enhance the quality of life for individuals without any prior knowledge of Tai Chi. While practicing this ancient art, we will use eight basic slow, flowing joint-safe movements, deep-breathing exercises, and focused intention to improve balance, physical health, and restore mental calm. The meditative program will include warm-up and cool-down exercises. This class will help you feel better, inside and out! Chairs will be provided during class. If there is inclement weather, the class will be moved inside. Please have a check for $60.00 made payable to Linda Osowski on the first day of class. Linda is an AAAI-Certified personal trainer with over 20 years of experience.
