This morning, volunteer members responded to a motor vehicle crash on the Garden State Parkway. Chief 3000, Assistant Chief 3010, Engine 3041, and Rescue 3033 responded to the scene.

This morning, volunteer members responded to a motor vehicle crash on the Garden State Parkway. Chief 3000, Assistant Chief 3010, Engine 3041, and Rescue 3033 responded to the scene.

This morning, volunteer members responded to a reported pole on fire incident. Chief 3000, Assistant Chief 3010, and Engine 3051 responded to the scene. Crews stood by and ensured the scene remained secure while awaiting the arrival of JCP&L.

Last night, our officers and members participated in acquired-structure training at two structures. Engine companies stretched handlines and conducted searches throughout the first floors and basements, while truck companies practiced ladder operations and roof ventilation.

Drills and training strengthen skills and help prepare members for future calls.

Last night, Volunteer members responded to a medical unit reporting a smoke condition coming from the rear of an ambulance. Chief 3000, Assistant Chief 3010, Engine 3051, and Ladder 3065 responded to the scene. Crews investigated the source of the smoke, locating a burnt wire, and disconnected the battery to prevent further issues.
