Could your community count on you when every minute matters?
Here in Okanogan County, we don't have the luxury of waiting for help from miles away. When a wildfire ignites, a medical emergency occurs, or a neighbor dials 911, it's often local volunteers from Mt. Hull Volunteer Fire Department and Okanogan County Fire District 12 who answer the call.

Our department is looking for community members who are willing to serve. You don't need previous experience—we'll provide the training, equipment, and support you need to succeed.
There are many ways to make a difference, including:

Firefighting
Emergency Medical Response
Drone Operations
Communications & Incident Support
Whether you're just starting your career, raising a family, retired, or looking for a meaningful way to give back, your skills and commitment can make a real impact.

Being a volunteer firefighter isn't just about fighting fires. It's about protecting your neighbors, supporting your community during its most difficult moments, and becoming part of a team built on trust, service, and dedication.
The next emergency won't wait. The question is—who will answer the call?

If you've ever considered serving your community, now is the time. Reach out to Mt. Hull Volunteer Fire Department or Okanogan County Fire District 12 to learn how you can become part of the team.
Come to the firehall on Saturday the 25th at 8:00 AM for more information.

Together, we can build a stronger, safer community for everyone.
