The 842nd Quartermaster Company proudly held a retirement ceremony for Sgt. 1st Class Lee Hicks, recognizing his years of dedication to the U.S. Army Reserve and the unit. On March 1, 2025, SFC Hicks will conclude an incredible career spanning over 22 years of service.

February was a productive and rewarding month for the 842nd Quartermaster Company!

During the February 1-2 Battle Assembly, Soldiers enhanced their marksmanship skills using the EST 2000 and began Phase 2 of Driver’s Training. The unit also celebrated the well-earned promotions of Sgt. Rauch and Staff Sgt. Huddleston—congratulations to both!

Later in the month, on February 8-9, Soldiers traveled to Jefferson Barracks to complete the Combat Lifesaver (CLS) Course.

The 821st Transportation Motor Transport Battalion is hosting their second annual Norwegian Foot March (NFM) at Camp Funston, Fort Riley, Kansas, on April 5, 2025, to provide an opportunity to earn the bronze, silver, or gold NFM badge.

Soldiers from the 842nd Quartermaster Company assisted Bravo Company, 7/158th with a FATCOW mission at Olathe ASF.

The unit executed the mission using an Extended Range Fuel System to refuel CH-47 helicopters across three locations. Soldiers worked simultaneously with crewmen to get the FATCOW system assembled and certified within 30 minutes.

842nd Quartermaster Company celebrated the promotion of our Company Commander on 19 October 2024.

First Lieutenant Patrick C. Clark was promoted to the rank of Captain by Lieutenant Colonel John P. Kelley, 620th CSSB Commander. Captain Clark was joined by his family and friends to commemorate his achievement.
