There will be a class entitled, "DADS MATTER," which will be held at the Valley Behavioral Health Children's Unit (27 S. Main Street Tooele Utah) on Tuesdays- Feb 7th, 21st, 28th, Mar 7th, and 14th from 5:30 pm.- 7:30 pm. A FREE DINNER pwill be provided at each session! This is a free research-based parening course for fathers and father figures. You will learn how to: put an end to arguing, back talk, and begging. Teach responsibility without losing your child's love. Set limits without waging war. Avoid power struggles. Teach your children to complete chores without reminders or pay. There is WALK-IN TUTORING available here at Tooele Youth Services Monday-Thursday 11:00 am.- 5:30 pm., and Friday 10:00 am-3:00 pm. We are located @ 27 S. Main Street in Tooele, Utah (at the Valley Behavioral Health Children's Unit). The tutor's name is Jeannie, and she has been hired through the Tooele County School District. Back to School Clothes Closet- Saturday, August 6th from 9-5pm. at Tooele Junior High School. Free clothing, free hair cuts, free backpacks, and free eye exams will be available.

Youth Summit at Tooele High School- students can take 1 "U" off their transcript if they REGISTER at 6:00 pm., and attend the ENTIRE Summit. If a parent also attends, take 2 "U`s" off your transcript!

Usually, in Tooele, the kids Trick or Treat down Main Street on Halloween day. But, because of the road construction, there will be a Carnival at the Dow James building this year instead :)
