During a recent visit to TEAD some high level Army officials learned that TEAD was fortunate to employee the services of three Dorman brothers. Dr. Marcus Campbell, HQDA Deputy Chief of Staff G8 (Finance & Contracts), Force Development Logistics, Directorate of Materie,l and Mr. Nathaniel Stevenson, HQDA DCS G8, Systems Program Analyst, were both suprised that three members of the small group briefing their tour were brothers.

We think we're fortunate to employ the Dorman brothers, too. Working in different directorates for different bosses, Casey, RJ, and Dustin Dorman each provide vital services, helping fulfill TEADs missions to support the joint warfighter and ready combat formations.

Youngest and first employed, Dustin is the program manager for our Ammunition Peculiar Equipment manufacturing center. Next on board was Casey, chief of ammunition operations, and lastly, RJ is a program manager for demilitarization.

The Dormans's are an example of the heritage of employment TEAD has provided to Tooele County over the decades, not just for individuals, but for generations of families. The Strength of TEAD is and Always will be its People.

We have to agree with Joint Munitions Command on this one, especially since here at Tooele Army Tooele Army Depot we specialize in getting the right rounds in the right place at the right time. We do that to support the Joint Warfighter and ready combat formations. We look forward to the Army’s 251st Birthday June 14th, 2026!

What's better than birthday cake?πŸŽ‚
The right rounds, in the right place, at the right time! πŸš€
The U.S. Army is turning 251 this June β€” still looking sharp, still crushing every mission, and still proving age is just a number. Cheers to the Soldiers past and present who keep the legacy alive. Happy Birthday, ! πŸŽ‰

Last week Tooele Army Depot was visited by high level officials from Headquarters, Department of the Army, Pentagon.

Col. Luke Clover, TEAD commander, and his staff provided a tour of the depot for Dr. Marcus Campbell, HQDA Deputy Chief of Staff G8 (Finance & Contracts), Force Development Logistics, Directorate of Materiel. Dr. Campbell (first photo, l-r) was accompanied by Mr. Nathaniel Stevenson, HQDA DCS G8, Systems Program Analyst; Mr. Seth Dismore, JMC, Chief, Logistics Planning Div.; and Mr. Brian Willis, JMC, Director, Demil Directorate.

Being fairly new in the position, Dr. Campbell heard about TEAD in several conversations at the Pentagon. He reached out to Joint Munitions Command, TEAD's higher headquarters, and said, "I would really like to go there."

JMC made that happen and we were privileged to be the first depot visited by Dr. Campbell. We are really glad he and Mr. Stevenson chose to come to TEAD. We had great discussions about TEAD; the Organic Industrial Base; the Army Working Capitol Fund; TEAD's contributions to the Army, other joint forces, and ready combat formations; and its potential for future modernization and growth.

Dr. Campbell said he wants to return to TEAD and observe more operations we conduct here. We look forward to a future visit or visits from Dr. Campbell.

We're pleased to announce the TEAD Safety Office recognized Dominique Sweat as the latest TEAD Safety Hero!

During the receipt process for a specific type of munition, Dominique identified a hazard associated with disposing of removed banding. He recognized that throwing the banding directly into the dump truck created a risk that could cause injury to employees.

To eliminate the hazard, Dominique recommended using a tilt dumpster and forklift to collect the banding and safely dump it into the truck. His proactive solution improved safety and reduced the risks of cuts and ergonomical injuries, along with making the overall process more efficient.

TEAD's workforce proudly serves our nation's joint warfighter through efficient and safe storage and distribution of lethal munitions, supporting combat ready formations. Thank you and congratulations, Dominique!
