The stakes are high, and Food and Farm Democrats are ready to take action. From protecting our courts against efforts to turn judges into politicians to choosing the Democratic slate that will compete in November, this primary matters.

That is why we are encouraging Kansas Democrats to volunteer for the statewide Weekend of Action from July 31–August 4.

Every call can help another voter make a plan to cast their ballot. Join us and help build Democratic strength in every region of Kansas. To sign up as individuals for a shift: https://ks-26.org/weekend-of-action

(This post sponsored by Food and Farm Caucus of Kansas Dems. Not associated with any campaign or campaign committee)

Kansas Democrats need your help to turn out the vote in this critical primary election. From a critical ballot ammendment to an opportunity to show early strength for the general, everything is on the line. That's why we need your help as we call voters all across the state and remind them to vote.

After more than a decade of pushback, farmers and repair advocates have won access to equipment and services John Deere had long kept under its control.

We must prioritize those who labor.

As temperatures rise, heat-related illnesses and deaths are increasing. Working in extreme heat is its own type of hell, one that can kill you. Agricultural workers (many of whom are undocumented) are more than 35 times more likely to die from exposure to extreme heat than workers from all other sectors combined.

Don Coover zeros in.

For D.C. Derek, going to Washington is the next step of his 25+ year political career. And that's why he'll vote with what the political power players and D.C. special interests want.

I'd much rather live and work on my ranch in Kansas, but right now politicians in D.C. are screwing things up so badly, I had to step up. In Congress, I'll put Kansas First in my actions, not just my words.

We were proud to be there along with Kansas Federation of Democratic Women Kansas Federation of Democratic Women to promote volunteering and grass roots involvement. We encourage people to dive in to support whichever candidate they can get excited about, as well as to join their local County.Party if they have one, or to get connected to their nearest organizations to connect and learn. We also promoted the diversity of Caucus involvement opportunities for grass roots Dems.
