The Commission focuses its work on reducing barriers to employment for people with disabilities by developing awareness, understanding and collaboration with business, government, community, social service and private sector organizations. The Commission also provides policy recommendations to the State of Kansas on changes to laws, regulations and programs that affect people with disabilities. KC
