It’s National Women’s Health Week 💙

Taking care of yourself isn’t optional—it’s a core part of protecting your long-term health.

Self-care can look like:
âś” Scheduling preventive screenings and check-ups
âś” Getting enough rest and managing stress
âś” Setting boundaries to protect your time and energy
âś” Staying connected to support systems
âś” Listening to your body and noticing when something feels off

When women have the time, space, and support to care for themselves, whole families and communities benefit.

This week is a reminder: your health is worth prioritizing—not just when something is wrong, but every day.
