Friends, I know it’s only June, but I am honored to report that HD 53 has chosen once again to .

I’m proud of what we’ve done together as a district and serving as your representative is an incredible privilege.

Now, just because my seat is safe this political season doesn’t mean I’m relaxing. I still need people to VOTE NO on the judicial amendment this August and there are House candidates that I look forward to supporting in their races.

So ,when you see me walking, or hear me making calls, ask me who you can support and I’ll be glad to tell you.

We’ve got a shot at something big in 2026, and it’s time for ALL of us to get to work.

It’s official! Today is the deadline for candidates to file for this year’s elections, and I am officially on the ballot to become your next Attorney General.

The deadline has passed for people to file to run for office and as expected, I have an opponent in the general election in November. It’s a sign of a healthy democracy when people have choices on the ballot.

I look forward to running a respectful campaign focusing on the issues. It’s my job to make sure that I convey to my accomplishments and my goals to each constituent so that they can make an informed decision at the polls.

I would say let’s get started on this campaign season, but the truth of the matter is that I started quite a while ago.

I’ll be running like I’m being chased. Just as it should be.
