The major functions of the Department are to regulate and review companies for financial solvency and regulatory compliance, educate consumers, assist consumers, and license agents selling insurance products in the state.

What You’ll Do
• Lead PBM compliance reviews, investigations, and enforcement actions
• Supervise the PBM team and support agency stakeholders and attorneys
• Oversee reporting, formulary reviews, and compliance processes

What We’re Looking For
• Pharmacy degree and/or PBM experience with leadership background
• Knowledge of PBM practices, health policy, and related regulations
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
