The pool will be closed for parties this week on Weds (6-8:30pm) and Fri (6:30-9).

We are also still looking for people who want to be on the pool board next year! You will be compensated with a free membership. Please reach out to us if you are interested in applying!

Reminder! There is a pool party tonight at 6. The pool will reopen for members at 8:30.

There is also a new sign right inside that gate showing all of our upcoming dates including parties and the closing of the pool.

There are pool parties both Monday and Wednesday this week. The pool will be closed both days from 6pm-8:30pm.

Dear Lakeshore Swim Club Member,

The 2026 Pool Board Elections will be held electronically at the end of the pool season. We currently have the following board positions open: This is a two year term.

Vice President

- Performs the duties of the President in their absence, along with other duties assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Coordinates turning the trash and water services on and off for each swim season.
- Takes and uploads meeting notes.
- Responsible for one day of weekly cleaning duty and adding chemical pucks to the skimmers.

Secretary

- Notifies members and the Board of Directors of upcoming meetings.
- Keeps and records minutes for all meetings.
- Conducts general correspondence and maintains official club records as custodian of the corporate seal.
- Manages all membership sales and the distribution of keys/cards.
- Responsible for one day of weekly cleaning duty and adding chemical pucks to the skimmers.

Pool Chemical Coordinator

- Reports water quality issues to the Board of Directors.
- Tests the pool water and applies the appropriate chemicals.
- Responsible for one day of weekly cleaning duty, adding chemical pucks to the skimmers, and other duties as assigned.

As a board member, you will be required to attend monthly meetings, determine and enforce pool rules, help create the annual budget, and focus on the best interests of the pool and our members. In appreciation of your service, board members receive a full comped membership.

Whew…. It’s a hot one and the next couple of days aren’t looking any cooler! 🥵
Please note that the pool is booked Monday night at 6 for a party and will reopen at 830 for members.
