What do you think about a "farm to cone" style ice cream shop in Downtown Topeka???

The new business would feature unique and interesting flavors made in small batches fresh at the location.

They plan to offer home made waffle cones, dozens of revolving flavors, ingredients sourced locally!

Hopefully they will be our new commercial tenant! We're putting together plans now.
