Someone needs to run a progressive primary against Denise Tepler to hold her to her campaign promises, push her left and get her to DO something outside belonging to the club. Between first Andrew and now Denise we've gotten almost a 7 year (the entire LePage Administration) period of NO state level leadership for Topsham. A sheep in wolf's clothing. Who really wants to see change?

"Most of us don’t give much thought to where our trash goes. We’d better start paying attention, though, especially to the ubiquitous plastic refuse we toss aside every day. Scientists predict that by 2050 there will be more plastic, by weight, than fish in the world’s oceans."
This is a disgrace to this amazing place we call home. Producers of this waste need to be held responsible for the life cycle of their products and packaging from cradle to grave. We must demand that these products are recyclable and made of recycled content. We must demand more and better access to recycling. This planet is changing and we as consumers need to too.
Plastic packaging accounts for two-thirds of the world’s plastic waste.

Privatizing social services, especially to Fedcap Rehabilitation Services, should be a serious cause for concern. They have only been sued at least a dozen times in state and federal court since 2013. We need to ask a lot of questions while doing whatever we can to slow down or stop this transition.-- Rep. Ben Chipman

The state has had a poor record of hiring outside contractors for human services work.
