The South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) is the South Bay's local clearinghouse for energy efficiency, water conservation, and environmental information. The South Bay Environmental Services Center (SBESC) is a program of the South Bay Cities Council of Governments (SBCCOG), a joint powers authority of 16 cities and the County of Los Angeles that shares the goal of maximizing the quality of life and productivity of our area.

The Southern California Regional Energy Network Commercial Direct Install program supported and fully funded energy-efficiency upgrades for 24 small businesses in disadvantaged communities throughout Gardena. ⚡️ Learn more about the program through our recently published ArcGIS StoryMap.
