For those who are wondering what we mean when we say, "Don't Mess With Success," here is a pretty simple visual. Shortly after Curt Meier became Treasurer in 2019, the investment performance of Wyoming's Permanent Mineral Trust Fund ranked 12th among Sovereign Wealth Funds in our peer group in 2020, and by 2026 we had climbed to the top spot in the ranking!

This fund is generating an 8% return, and our peers are generating less than 6%. The performance represents an additional 3% return above the statutory requirement of 5%. In other words, the fund is generating 60% higher return than required.

That's Proven Success.

And we can't imagine why anybody would want to mess with it!

I'm honored to announce three more organizations have endorsed my campaign for re-election as Wyoming State Treasurer.

Thank you to the Wyoming Public Employees Association Political Action Committee, the ONEOK Employees Political Action Committee, and the PacifiCorp–Pacific Power/Rocky Mountain Power Political Action Committee for your confidence in my leadership and record of fiscal stewardship.

These endorsements represent people who understand the importance of responsible financial management, protecting taxpayer dollars, and planning for Wyoming's future. I am grateful for their trust and support.

Over the past eight years, we've grown the assets managed by the Treasurer's Office from approximately $20 billion to more than $35 billion, while generating a historic $1.857 billion for Wyoming's budget last year—the largest single source of revenue for the first time in our state's history.

I'm proud of what we've accomplished together, but there's still important work ahead. I'll continue honoring my oath of office, defending the Constitutions of the United States and Wyoming, and keeping Wyoming financially healthy for today's taxpayers and for future generations.
