If you're out and about today, swing by the Cornwall Fire Department (West Cornwall Station) from 12 - 2p for their open house; they were nice enough to invite us, too!! Stop by, say hi to all the great Cornwall members, and say hi to a few of our dispatchers to meet the faces behind the voices! We might even have some Halloween candy to give out too. 🍬

Today, Supervisor Peter Nizen, his son Pete 5th, and his wife Melissa (taking the picture) were generous enough to stop by and donate items to Winsted PD's stuff a cruiser event which collects school supplies for area students.

Our condolences to everyone at PVAC for your loss. Our thoughts are with you, along with the members of Terryville Fire, and the Plymouth Police Department that had the honor of knowing and working with Chief Dubowsky.

Chief Jim Dubowsky departed this earth today at 14:35 hours.

He passed peacefully at St Mary's hospital, surrounded by his family.

Details regarding services will be available in a few days time.

EMS-1: you are officially out of service and off duty for the final time.

Godspeed, and rest easy. We will take it from here.
