Tomorrow at Tina’s Cafe 38 we’re excited to welcome Ryan Fazio, candidate for Governor, and Michael Criss for a casual Meet & Greet!

Stop by, grab a free coffee on us from 11am–12pm, and take the opportunity to say hello, ask questions, and connect with the candidates.

They are currently estimated to arrive around 11:15am, but please note they’ll be making several stops beforehand so timing could shift slightly.

Last night’s assassination attempt was a disgrace and an attack on the values of a free nation. Political violence has no place in America, no matter who the target is or what party anyone belongs to.

We all have strong disagreements, but those disagreements must be handled with words, debate, and the democratic process, not hatred and violence. As President Trump has said, now is the time for Americans to discuss their differences peacefully.

This country is stronger when we reject violence, lower the temperature, and remember that we are fellow citizens first.

🍕Pizza & Policy Night! I will be joined by State Sen. Stephen Harding and Jay Case, Your State Representative on Thursday, January 29th at Bad Dog Brewing Company in Torrington from 6:00–7:30 p.m. for a lively Pizza & Policy discussion ahead of the 2026 legislative session.

We’ll break down the major issues expected to come before the legislature and most importantly, we want to hear your questions, ideas, and concerns. Grab a slice, enjoy a drink, and be part of the conversation that helps shape the year ahead.

Notice is hereby given that there will be a caucus of all enrolled Republican electors of the City of Torrington on January 8th, 2026 at the City Hall Auditorium 140 Main Street, second floor at 7:00PM to endorse candidates for the Republican Town Committee. In the event that City Hall is closed due to inclement weather, the caucus will be held at the same location and time on January 13th, 2026.
