Good morning! Our telephone system has changed. When calling in after hours you will receive an automated message stating that Prime Time House is closed. You will then be offered a series of prompts. If you are calling in for a ride, please press one and leave a message. We will be checking messages regularly until 8:30 am. At 8:30 am, the Clubhouse phones will turn on and you will be able to speak to a live person. If you have any questions, please reach out to your staff advocate.

The staff at Prime Time House hope that all of our members are safe and with power. We are aware of the damage to our grounds and we are working to get the property repaired and the trees removed.

IMPORTANT! Please read immediately. The Torrington, CT Housing Authority will use a Random-Draw Lottery System to pick 1000 pre-applications to be placed on the Housing Choice Voucher waiting list.

The Housing Choice Voucher program is the federal government's major program for assisting very-low-income families to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing in the private market. Participants are able to find their own housing, including apartments, townhouses, and single-family homes. The participant is free to choose any private rental housing that meets the requirements of the program. Housing Choice Vouchers are funded through the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and are administered in Connecticut by over 40 public housing agencies.

If you are in need of affordable housing, I implore you to come into the Clubhouse and allow us to assist you with the application. THE APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, MARCH 6TH.
