Nurse Family Partnership of Bradford, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties

Nurse Family Partnership of Bradford, Sullivan, and Tioga Counties Our purpose is to support you to have a healthy pregnancy, healthy child and reach your life’s goals! Career, education, independent living, and more.

Nurse-Family Partnership of Bradford, Sullivan, and Tioga (PA) Counties is a community health program that partners Registered Nurses (Nurse-Home Visitors) with first-time moms early in their pregnancy. The Nurse-Home Visitors offer emotional support, pregnancy and childbirth education, and referrals to community resources to help prepare new mothers for parenthood. When baby arrives, the Nurse-Ho

me Visitor is there to smooth the transition to parenting by offering information on baby care and recovery from birth. As the baby grows, she brings in developmentally-appropriate information, toys, and activities for you to do with your child as he/she moves from the totally dependent newborn stage into the more independent infant and toddler years. Our Nurse-Home Visitors will bring you the most up-to-date information on how to keep your baby safe, healthy, and happy! In addition to our babies, we take great pride in our mothers (and dads, and grandparents). We want you to be able to meet your needs as growing individuals, too. Our nurses recognize that each woman has her own unique strengths and challenges, and that her goals in life are important. We do our best to shine a light on the path ahead so that moms can successfully meet some of those goals. Are you wondering if a Nurse-Family Partnership Nurse-Home Visitor is right for you? You must be a first-time mother (first live birth or first child you will parent beyond one month of age), and you can not be past your 28th week of pregnancy. There is absolutely no obligation to sign up for the program when you call, and there is never any charge to you. Please contact us at 570-268-2372 for more information.
