WIC has collaborated with LOR, Good Food Collective, Tumbleweed Nutrition and Colorado State University Montezuma County Extension to provide a Family Cooking Class on Friday August 7, 2026 from 12 to 1:30. To All Tribal Members, Tribal Directors, and Community (non Tribal & Community Residence)

On August 5 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon the Annual Backpack and school supply distribution will take place here at 480 Sunset Blvd. The Donors John & Susan Swansborg from the Cortez Archaeological Society Cortez Chapter will be here distributing the back packs and school supplies. The backpacks are for non-enrolled school children. A total of 60 backpacks will be distributed on a first come first serve bases.
