Search and Rescue isn't always about going out and finding someone that is lost or injured. Sunday evening we were tasked with establishing an incident command center and communications to be available for the multiple agencies fighting the Deep Creek Fire. It was a privilege to be able to assist our local responders and community.

Saturday June 12 is the annual Townsend Area Chamber of Commerce ATV run. BCSAR would like to remind you to be safe while having fun this weekend. We would like everyone to know we will be dispersed throughout the run in case of any emergencies. Look forward to see you all!
