Loch Raven Village

Loch Raven Village Since 1946 - ALRV is a community association governed by its Covenants and architectural guidelines.

With membership support, ALRV works tirelessly to preserve, maintain, and enhance property values and quality of life for its residents. For over 70 years families have been calling Loch Raven Village home. Maybe it’s our all-brick exteriors and beautiful, spacious interiors featuring plaster walls and hardwood floors. Maybe it’s our location – convenient to shopping, schools, recreation and highw

ays, yet comfortably suburban and very affordable. Or perhaps it’s simply the friendly Village atmosphere that makes it an outstanding neighborhood in which to live and raise a family. So, if you’re looking for a home with more history and personality than newer communities, Loch Raven Village welcomes you!

Councilman Ertel is hosting a Public Safety Meeting for the Loch Raven Community
In light of the recent events that have struck the Loch Raven Corridor, we are hosting a meeting to discuss crime and safety issues. We want to hear directly from community members with their concerns, comments, and suggestions. BE SALT WISE by following these easy steps.

Shovel: Clear walkways and other areas before the snow turns to ice. The more snow you can remove manually, the less salt you will have to use and the more effective it will be.
Scatter: If you use salt, make sure to leave space between the grains. Believe it or not, just a coffee mug of salt is enough to treat an entire 20 foot drive way or 10 sidewalk squares.
Sweep: Sweep excuse salt from walkways and parking lots after a snow event, especially before a rain event to prevent salt from washing down the storm drain in our waterways. (Thanks to WI Saltwise for the graphic and writeup)
