I used his concise directions to get rid of Home & Gallery in File Explorer as well as Home in Windows 11 Settings.

Despite the product upgrade badgering, I still recommend Norton for the antivirus as well as the backup. A year subscription can be purchased for as low as $14.99 but in general I see it for $30 or less on a regular basis.

And then I simply get a new license when the year is up and plug in the new product key. It's a little bit of extra work but better than paying the $100 plus renewal price.

A good read on Password Managers - - but use a browser with Reader Mode, like Firefox or Edge. Chrome has an extension for its reader mode but the result is nowhere as clean and readable as Edge or Firefox in Reader Mode.
