Unless it is raining, we’ll gather next to the Prisma Health Welcome Center at Unity Park at 9:00 AM.

As always, feel free to catch us inside if you can’t or don’t want to walk. (or if it is raining) Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with inspiring women doing amazing things in the Upstate. See you soon!

The Power of Social Health was a reminder that connection can make a real difference at every age. 💛

The students had such a wonderful time, and it was moving to see how much the experience meant to them. The women who showed up gained something, too: space to hear from our speakers, share their experiences, and connect with others in the room.

Thank you to the Women Confidence Builders team for the care you put into making this happen, to our speakers for sharing your insight, to Flywheel for welcoming us into your space, and to our sponsors for helping bring this event to life.

Unity Park- We meet at 9am next to the Prisma Health Welcome Center near the playground entrance, unless raining.

After walking, find us inside the Commons getting our caffeine fix.

Non-members are welcome!
