Parking | Please park near your child’s grade-level wing. Overflow parking is available near the lower athletic fields.
6th: Lot behind the Health Clinic and bus ramp
7th: Lot between the 7th/8th grade wings and bus ramp
8th: Main Lot

Entry | End-of-wing doors will be unlocked for direct access. Families may also enter through the Main Entrance.

Bay View Insurance has once again generously donated lunch to support our wonderful Orientation Team! We are so grateful for their continued generosity and support of our WMS staff.

Our final day of Orientation is TODAY! Any student who has not yet joined us is invited to drop-in between 11AM- 6 PM.

During Orientation, students will receive their class schedule, Chromebook, textbook and school pictures. Families can also connect with TCAPS and community partners, including TCAPS Transportation Department, the YMCA and Student Health Clinic.

Suggested School Supplies

Backpack | Please keep in mind that our lockers are compact and do not accommodate hard-bottom or rolling backpacks easily.

Binders | Students can choose between using one or two large binders or a separate binder for each class. We also recommend labeled dividers, folders, and loose-leaf paper as part of a well-organized system.

Writing Tools | Stock up on pencils, pens, cap erasers, colored pencils, and highlighters. A pencil pouch is also encouraged to keep writing tools organized.

Wired Earbuds | Wired earbuds with a 3.5mm Chromebook compatible jack are needed to listen to a reading passage or hear test directions read aloud during standardized testing. No Bluetooth earbuds, please.

Water Bottle | Students are welcome to bring a refillable water bottle. WMS offers water bottle filling stations throughout the building.
