Please join us in celebrating Brendan, and his extraordinary career at North Flight Aero Med!
After 38 years in EMS, including 26 years as a flight paramedic, Brendan is hanging up his flight suit and beginning a well-earned retirement. While his clinical expertise and dedication to patient care are widely respected, his impact reaches far beyond the patients he served.
As a paramedic instructor, Brendan helped shape and mentor generations of paramedics, sharing not only his knowledge and experience but also the values that define exceptional providers. His influence can be seen throughout EMS, in the many clinicians who carry forward lessons learned from him.
Brendan was also known for his quick wit, perfectly timed one-liners, and sense of humor that could lighten even the most challenging shifts. Whether teaching, flying, or working alongside his crew, he had a unique ability to make people laugh while never losing sight of what mattered most.
Above all, Brendan was deeply committed to safety. He understood that every call begins and ends with taking care of one another, and he never lost focus on the importance of ensuring everyone went home safely at the end of every shift. That commitment left a lasting mark on our program and on the people fortunate enough to work with him.
Brendan, thank you for your mentorship, friendship, and decades of service! The countless patients you've cared for, the paramedics you've trained, and the colleagues you've inspired are all part of a legacy that will last for years to come. You will be greatly missed, but your impact will never be forgotten.
Congratulations!
