We will be offering Fire Officer 2 online class starting in May, with the final exam in early July (Online class will be on Thursday nights at 1800). If you are interested in taking this course, please fill out the form below application: Class will be limited to 12 students. This course is fireworks funded!

This past week, 20 maritime personnel and students, along with our dedicated instructors, had a different kind of “Spring Break”.
Everyone worked diligently to complete their USCG approved Combined Basic and Advanced Firefighting Credential. The course prepares mariners with the necessary skills to effectively participate in emergency response teams aboard merchant vessels and offshore facilities. (think cargo ship or oil rig - hundreds of miles from a fire station with a fire emergency, that they MUST handle). This was our 4th such class this winter, with a total of 70 students completing it.

We have been getting several requests for our next classes. We are changing somethings up a little. Below are tentative schedules:

EMT - Early Aug 2026 - Early January 2027
Firefighter - Mid January 2027- Mid June 2026

These classes can be taken separately or we will be offering a combined option. Class registration will start in May !!
