East Bay Ambulance is hiring for two full-time paramedic positions to serve East Bay Township. These positions are 48 hours per week with 24-hour shifts, including rotating weekends and holidays, and include a competitive benefits package. Individuals currently enrolled in a paramedic program may also be considered.

Big shoutout to everyone who made it such a solid day of learning and collaboration yesterday. We teamed up with Traverse City Fire Department for a full lineup of hands-on training, real-world scenarios, and some great conversations.

Jimmy John’s for keeping us fed

From tough calls and case reviews to APS roles, anaphylaxis, and even home birth emergencies—this day had something for everyone. Appreciate all the instructors and attendees who helped make it happen!

Thanks to the generous support of the Grand Traverse Band of Ottawa and Chippewa Indians through their 2% grant program, East Bay Ambulance has added a new LUCAS device to our system! This lifesaving tool provides high-quality mechanical CPR, ensuring the best possible care for patients in cardiac arrest.

We also want to extend our appreciation to the East Bay Township Board for their continued support in strengthening emergency medical services for our community.
