I hope you can come this Friday.
I've been asked by several people why the presentation is not on Granicus for the public to review before budget and I have been trying to find that out. I myself have not received a copy of the presentation either so unfortunately i don't have an answer.

I have had several residents reach out asking to see the motion I presented at last night’s City Commission meeting. Because it is now part of the public record, I have attached it below for anyone who wishes to read it.

Under Florida’s Government in the Sunshine Law, actions such as this must be presented and considered during a public meeting, they cannot be handled privately. On the advice of counsel, I am very limited in what I can discuss beyond the motion itself, so I will not be answering questions or commenting further at this time.

Please know this is not personal. My responsibility is to serve the residents of Treasure Island, protect the public’s interests, and carry out my duties to the best of my ability. That commitment has not changed and will not change.
