What's happening at the library this week?

Sign up for all of Tremont District Library's Summer Reading programs begin tomorrow, June 1st! There's a program and prizes for every age!

Tuesday, 10am-5pm - Large Games Day: Play large chess or checkers, Tetris Tumble, Connect Four, Jenga, and so many other fun bigger than usual games! Great for all ages, children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the library.

Wednesday, 10:30-11:30am - Baby & Me: Caregivers of all kinds and their littles ages 0-3 can come play and meet new friends every Wednesday at the library.

Thursday, 4-7pm - Paint a Paver: For ages 14+! Stop by the library to paint a scalloped or crescent paver for your garden! You must take home your paver when you're done, so please plan accordingly. No registration, materials are first come, first serve.

The library will be closed tomorrow, Monday May 25th, in observance of Memorial Day.

The only thing happening at the library this week is Baby & Me! Caregivers of all kinds can stop by the library Wednesday morning between 10:30 and 11:30am to play with old friends and make new ones! For the enjoyment of all, this group is limited to ages 0-3 and their grownups.

What's happening at the library this week?

Tuesday, 3:30-5pm - Book? Club (ages 15+): This month we'll be discussing "Tidespeaker" by Sadie Turner.

Wednesday, 10:30-11:30am - Baby & Me: Caregivers of all kinds and their littles ages 0-3 can come play and meet new friends every Wednesday at the library.

Thursday, 1:30pm - Adult Book Club (ages 18+): This month we'll be discussing "The Berry Pickers" by Amanda Peters.

TOMORROW! Our last First Responders Story Hour will feature the Tremont Police Department! Meet us at the back of Village Hall (see our map for parking and walking tips) to hear a story, meet our Police Chief, and see squad cars up close! Great for ages 3+.

Tuesday, 10am-12pm - Brewed Connections: Adults ages 18+ are invited to visit the library for coffee and a jigsaw puzzle! Come with friends or meet new ones.

Wednesday, 10:30-11:30am - Baby & Me: Caregivers of all kinds and their littles ages 0-3 can come play and meet new friends every Wednesday at the library.

Thursday, 10am - First Responder Story Hour: Tremont Police Department: Our last session of these special Story Hours will be with our Tremont Police! Meet Chief Siwak, hear a story, and see a squad car up close! Best suited for ages 3+. Please refer to our parking and walking directions to find the best way to get to Story Hour!

Join us tomorrow at the Fire Station for a special First Responder Story Hour! We’ll hear a story from Chief Hancock and then get to see a fire truck up close. Perfect for littles ages 3 and up and their families! This event starts at 10am.
