Good afternoon, we are working on Highway 11 South near Williams Rd. Customers near this area all the way to the state line will have low pressure and water outages.

Dade County Water & Sewer Authority is investigating periodic reports of temporary water discoloration occurring in various parts of the distribution system.
Water quality testing continues to meet regulatory requirements, and the discoloration appears to be related to naturally occurring mineral deposits, such as iron or manganese, that can occasionally become disturbed within water mains.
Factors such as seasonal water demand, changes in water temperature, and hydraulic conditions are among the items being evaluated. The Water Authority continues to monitor water quality throughout the system and investigate each report received.
Please continue to call in and report discolored water so we can create a workorder and document the water issue. We do have an after hours crew that you can call after 5pm. 706-657-4341 is the number to call and report water discoloration.
