This action plan directly influences how ALL towns in NJ will try and eliminate traffic fatalities and serious injuries on roadways by 2040. Because the roads are for everyone!

ANY WAY this new law has affected you- tell us about it!

The new E-Bike Law takes effect July 19th and we’ve already heard from many riders about registration issues:
⚠️ Being charged an unrequired registration fee
⚠️ Unclear classifications requirements
⚠️ E-motos receiving low-speed electric bicycle stickers

WE want to hear it all! How has your business been affected, trouble qualifying for a license, expensive insurance, enforcement, etc.

Your story will help document the law’s real-world impacts and help strengthen the case for new legislation this fall.
