PEI Kids

PEI Kids PEI Kids operates three types of programs. They are Prevention, Intervention and Client Support Services. All workshops are interactive and age appropriate.

PEI Kids is dedicated to fostering child-safe communities by delivering expert crisis, preventative, and intervention programs addressing personal safety, sexual abuse, and the overall well-being of vulnerable children. PEI Kids works with the child, family, and caregiver(s) to provide Prevention, Education, Intervention services related to personal safety, sexual abuse, and the overall well-being

of the child. Prevention: These programs focus on teaching children and adults about issues surrounding the well-being of children. Intervention: These programs assist children with recovery from community violence, trauma and sexual abuse, and help avert crises and reduce the risk of revictimization. We also work with youth in the juvenile justice system to help them work toward positive pursuits, improved decision making, and more productive futures. Client Support Services: These programs support children in foster care and families under DCPP supervision by providing Supervised Visitation in a safe, nurturing environment and transportation to attend appointments, court-ordered activities and services associated with the child and family's well being.
