Just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to the Community Jones County Community Closet. Last week we had a family in need and thanks to the Community Closet, we were able to provide clothes for the children. We are so very grateful for the folks who have donated throughout the opening of Community Closet and look forward to helping more citizens of Jones County in upcoming months!

Mental Health Awareness Month provides a chance to stand with your community and show that no one struggles alone.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and to raise awareness, we've planted a pinwheel garden along the walkway leading to our agency. Together, we can support families and promote the healthy development of our children!

Jones County DSS will be closed Friday, April 3rd and Monday, April 6 in observance of the Easter holiday. We will reopen and resume normal business hours Tuesday, April 7th.
