DCA looks forward to using these federal funds to help NJ communities recover from Hurricane Ida and protect themselves against future disasters, including storms and flooding. Resilience in the face of climate change is essential and we thank
U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for the resources.

Today, we've allocated $3 billion in disaster aid to communities across the country that need it most.

After a community is touched by devastation, they deserve more than to simply rebuild — they deserve long-term resilience to future storms. That's what this funding represents.

Congrats to the Atlantic City Initiatives Project Office within DCA for being recognized by New Jersey Stem Pathways as part of a group that won the ‘STEM Collaboration of the Year’ award for bringing the Mark Cuban Foundation’s Artificial Intelligence Boot Camp to Atlantic City. The project that the Project Office led last fall was for underserved high school students in the Atlantic City area.
